What You'll Need
• 2-5 years of substantive motion practice, ideally plaintiff-side
• Texas Bar (or eligible to waive in)
• Strong foundation in Daubert, summary judgment, and dispositive motions
• Ability to pivot across subject matters fast—research is part of the job
• Experience with complex fact patterns (maritime, oilfield, or catastrophic injury a plus)
What You'll Do
• Draft substantive motions across Jones Act, maritime, oilfield, premises, and wrongful death cases
• Own Daubert challenges and expert-focused briefing
• Support trial teams on cases with 8-9 figure verdict potential
• Research new subject matters fast—no two cases look alike
• Respond to defense filings with sharp, case-specific work
