What You'll Need
• 5+ years of tax experience with exposure across nonprofits, corporations, or partnerships
• Confidence running returns and filings from kickoff to delivery
• Experience leading seniors and reviewing workpapers
• Strong tax technical knowledge and sound professional judgment
• CPA preferred, but not a barrier
What You'll Do
• Lead full engagements from planning through review and delivery
• Manage a team of seniors who know the work and don't need micromanaging
• Mentor when it's needed and clear roadblocks when they hit
• Keep timelines moving without chaos
• Lead with structure—but with space to actually operate
