Senior Tax Associate

You stayed at Big 4 longer than most of your peers because you wanted the training. You got it, now what. • 3-5 years of tax experience, ideally from Big 4 or a national firm • Experience with high-net-worth individuals or business clients • Plans to get your CPA—ideally have one test completed under your belt

• Manage a portfolio of tax clients—individuals, businesses, and family offices • Mentor and develop seniors and staff as the team grows • Work to develop your own niche focus and start to build out a client base

• $90,000 - $120,000 base salary (plus annual bonus) • Hybrid work setup • Opportunity to develop a niche (if you want)
