Full-time role for: A leading Georgia plaintiff PI firm
Savannah, GA 31401
full-time
$100,000 - $200,000
Here's what a good pre-lit PI seat looks like:
Strong case volume from day one—the marketing works, and files land on your desk without you begging your old roommate for referrals. A 10-to-1 support staff ratio so you're not chasing medical records or playing phone tag with providers. Cases with real exposure—auto, premises, workers' comp, serious injury. Trial attorneys down the hall who take the cases you build to fight, and who you'll learn from every day.
Low six-figure base with bonus potential to clear $200K in year one. Not "someday" money. First year.
Hybrid schedule. Six offices across Georgia. A firm where performance moves you up, not family ties or tenure.
If you're playing in pre-lit PI and not seeing this kind of volume, this kind of support, or this kind of pay—we should talk.
